Biographical Information

Takuya Fukata was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 6th round of the 2005 NPB draft, and he had a 7.56 ERA in 7 appearances in 2007. He stayed in the minors in 2008, and he allowed 4 runs in 4 innings in 2009. Fukata failed to return to the big club in 2010, and he announced his retirement.
