Biographical Information

Takao Okamura signed with the Hankyu Braves in 1948, and he was 0-1 with a 3.09 ERA in his first season. He allowed 7 runs in 6 innings in 1949, and he signed with the Hiroshima Carp when the JPBL split into two leagues. However, Okamura didn't reach the big club in 1950, and he announced his retirement.
