Biographical Information

Takao Miyamoto was drafted by the Toei Flyers in the 3rd round of the 1968 NPB draft, but he only pitched 2 games for the big club (posting a 3.86 ERA) before he announced his retirement in 1972. He later became a professional keirin player.
