Biographical Information

Takao Aoki signed with the Yomiuri Giants in 1955, and he was 2-1 with a 1.63 ERA in his first season. He had a 5.63 ERA in 5 games in 1956, and he was released in 1957. Aoki joined the Hiroshima Carp, but he only pitched one more game before he announced his retirement in 1960.
