Biographical Information

Takahito Otsuka represented Japan in the 2012 World Junior Championship, posting a 2.13 ERA in five appearances. The Rakuten Golden Eagles selected him in the 3rd round of the 2012 NPB draft, and he allowed 6 runs in 4 innings in 2015. His ERA was 10.80 in 4 games in 2016, and he announced his retirement in 2017.
