Biographical Information

Taiji Kitahara was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 6th round of the 1989 NPB draft, and he only pitched 5 games for the big club before the Lions traded him to the Yakult Swallows for Shinichi Sakurai in 1995. He didn't return to the big club again, and he announced his retirement in 1997.
