Southern California Baseball Association
The Southern California Baseball Association (SCBA) was a college baseball conference from 1977 to 1984. The schools competed in the Pacific Coast Athletic Association or the West Coast Conference for other sports. In 1977, the PCAA and WCAC realigned themselves for baseball only into a north conference (NCBA) and south conference (SCBA). In the 8 years the conference lasted, a team would go on to represent the SCBA in the College World Series 5 different times. Cal State Los Angeles in 1977; Pepperdine in 1979; and Cal State Fullerton in 1979, 1982, & winning the CWS in 1984.
