Biographical Information

Shusaku Beppu signed with the Hankyu Braves in 1981, and he only got one at-bat for the big club before he announced his retirement in 1989. He later coached in the Orix BlueWave/Orix Buffaloes system from 1997 to 2004 and from 2007 to 2022. He was a bullpen catcher for Orix from 2005 to 2006.
