Biographical Information

Shunsuke Sasaki has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Sasaki was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 3rd round of the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Kazunari Sanematsu. He hit .315/.383/.414 in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2024, and he also played 59 games with a .231/.275/.280 batting line for the top team. Sasaki then extended his solid performance in the minors as his batting line was .321/.384/.417 in 2025, and he also batted .248/.298/.291 in 53 games for the big club.
