Biographical Information

Shunichi Sato went 26-4 with a 1.27 ERA in the Sapporo Gakusei League, and he won two MVPs and two Best Nine awards. He was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 2nd round of the 2012 NPB draft, but he stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first three seasons. He allowed 13 runs in 5 games in 2016, and he announced his retirement.
