Biographical Information

Shota Maruyama has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Maruyama was drafted by the Yakult Swallows in the 4th round of the development phase in the 2020 NPB draft, and he spent his first two seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues. He pitched 22 games with a 4.05 ERA in 2023, and he had a solid 0.57 ERA in 27 relief outings in 2024.
