Biographical Information

Shinjiro Kojima was drafted by the Hiroshima Carp in the 5th round of the 2004 NPB draft, and he had a 5.63 ERA in 2 games in 2005. He started 4 games with a 5.57 ERA in 2006, and he only got one appearance in the next three seasons. Kojima's ERA was 4.50 in 4 relief outings in 2010, and he was traded to the Orix Buffaloes for Tsuyoshi Kikuchihara. He didn't reach the big club in 2011, and he announced his retirement.
