Biographical Information

Shigeru Hayashi signed with the Nishi-Nippon Pirates in 1950, and he was 2-8 with a 7.88 ERA in his first season. He went 5-4 with a 6.33 ERA in 1951, and he only played 4 games in 1952 and he announced his retirement.
