Biographical Information

Seiya Yokoyama had played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Yokoyama was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the first round of the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Satoshi Komatsu. He hit .223/.264/.258 in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2024, and he went 6-for-40 with the big club; he got his first hit against Kona Takahashi on May 24. He backed up Yuma Mune at 3B.
