Biographical Information

Seishiro Yasunaga signed with the Nagoya Kinko in 1936, and he went 6-for-24 in the spring season. He hit .188/.316/.203 in the fall season, then he recorded a .296/.406/.370 batting line in the 1937 spring season. Yasunaga slumped to .111/.167/.111 in the fall season, and he announced his retirement.

Overall, Itakura hit .209/.315/.235 with 39 hits in 4 seasons in NPB.
