Biographical Information

Satoshi Iizuka represented Japan in the 2014 BFA U-18 Baseball Championship. He was drafted by the Yokohama BayStars in the 7th round of the 2014 NPB draft. and he spent his first two seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues. Iizuka then went 1-3 with a 4.29 ERA in 2017, and he had a 1-6 record with a 4.74 ERA in 2018. However, his ERA was 11.12 in 5 games in 2019, and he never reach the big club again before he announced his retirement in 2021.
