Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Sam Eades was used sparingly during his college playing days with the Missouri Valley College Vikings in 2020 & 2022.
From Australia, Eades got his first taste of coaching during the 2020/2021 Australian Baseball League (ABL) season when he served as the bullpen coach for the Adelaide Giants. After college, he worked as a Performance Physiologist at Tread Athletics in Charlotte, NC until early 2024.[1]
The Kansas City Royals hired Eades in 2024 as an assistant pitching coach for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. After the season he held the same position with the Adelaide Giants. Eades continued with the Naturals in 2025. During the 2025/2026 ABL season, he served as an advisor for Adelaide.
