Biographical Information

Sakan Morita signed with the Taiyo Whales in 1962, and he only pitched one game in his first season. He was 2-3 with a 2.70 ERA in 1963, but he didn't reach the big club again before he announced his retirement in 1964. He was the minor league pitching coach for the Whales from 1965 to 1968.
