Biographical Information

Ryuichiro Iida was drafted by the Yokohama BayStars in the 7th round of the 2002 NPB draft, and he only only pitched one game for the big club (a scoreless inning in 2005) before he announced his retirement in 2007. His father-in-law Shintaro Mizutani also pitched in NPB.
