Biographical Information

Ryosuke Moriwaki has pitched in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Moriwaki was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the sixth round of the 2018 NPB draft, and he had a 4.94 ERA in 29 appearances in his first season. He improved to a 1.35 ERA with 16 holds in 47 relief outings in 2020, and he pitched 45 games with a 4.02 ERA and 13 holds in 2021. Moriwaki collected 10 holds with a 1.72 ERA in 43 games in 2022, and he extended his solid performance in 2023 as his ERA was 1.95 in 31 appearances. However, he underwent right wrist surgery and missed the entire 2024 season.
