Rudolf Dom

Rudi Dom of Sparta was co-Hoofdklasse Pitcher of the Year in 1966 (with Herman Beidschat) then won the award in '67 and '68. Only Han Urbanus and Beidschat had previously won Pitcher of the Year three straight years and it would be 18 years until Craig McGinnis became the next to do so. He was on the Dutch national team when they won the 1962 European Championship, 1965 European Championship and 1969 European Championship and remained with them for the 1970 Amateur World Series.
