Biographical Information[edit]
Rolando Laza was an outfielder and manager in the Cuban Serie Nacional. In eight seasons, he put up a .284/.367/.402 batting line over 2,099 plate appearances. He fielded .945. He managed La Habana to a 35-55 record in 1999-2000, the most losses in franchise history, in his lone season at the helm. He died following a stroke.
