Roberto Corradini has pitched in Serie A1 and for the Italian national team.

Corradini debuted in Serie A1 in 2004 with Ceci Negri Parma, going 2-1 with a save and a 3.16 ERA. In 2005, he was 5-3 with 2 saves and a 2.46 ERA, 12th in the league. In 2006, he went 6-5 with a 3.36 ERA. He tied for 6th in the league in innings pitched (96 1/3). In the 2006 Intercontinental Cup, Roberto was 0-1 with a 3.48 ERA. His loss was a good effort, as he allowed only one run in four innings to Cuba, but Norge Vera tossed a shutout for the Cubans. Corradini also pitched for Italy in the World University Championship that year.

In 2007, Roberto's record was 6-4 with 3 saves and a 4.82 ERA. He walked only 17 in 80 1/3 IP. Despite his rocky year, he remained on the national team. In the 2007 European Championship, the Verona native was rocked for 8 hits and 5 runs in 4 2/3 IP for the second-worst ERA on a disappointing Italian squad. Corradini took a loss against France in relief of Sandy Patrone. In the 2007 Baseball World Cup, he was again 0-1, with a 10.38 ERA, the worst on the Italian staff. He came up big against Team USA, throwing 1 1/3 hitless innings, walking one and striking out two in relief of Matteo D'Angelo as Italy handed the US its only loss of the tournament, 6-2. He was less successful against Japan, giving up 5 runs in 3 innings of work.
