Biographical Information

Ren Fukushima has pitched in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Fukushima was drafted by the Nippon Ham Fighters in the first round of the development phase in the 2021 NPB draft; the scout was Yasukatsu Shirai. He pitched 14 games with a 5.06 ERA on the NPB Farm Leagues in 2022, and he improved to 4-2 with a 2.79 ERA in 2023. Fukushima joined the rotation of the top team in 2024, and he went 2-3 with a 3.54 ERA.
