Quincey Bernardus played for the Netherlands in the 1996 European Junior Championship. In 2005, he hit .189/.336/.221 for Kinheim while playing regularly in the outfield. The next year, he batted .224/.374/.235 in a backup role. He tied for 5th in the Hoofdklasse with 9 steals (in 11 tries).

In the 2007 Hoofdklasse season, Quincey hit .221/.347/.273 as a DH. He was 0 for 1 with a walk and 2 runs in the 2007 Holland Series, won by Kinheim. He scored the winning run in game two after entering as a pinch-runner. Bernardus was 2 for 11 with 3 walks and 4 runs in 2008 and did not play in '09.
