Biographical Information

Panpan Wang was the third-youngest player on the Chinese women's national team in the 2025 Women's Baseball Asian Cup but was still one of their top performers. Hitting 6th and playing first in their opener, she had a RBI single off Thailand's Sirapat Kasornsuwan her first time up, going 3-for-3 with 3 RBI that day. She had a 4-run game versus India and finished at .417/.588/.583 with 7 runs, 5 RBI and 5 steals (not caught) in 5 games, handling 24 chances error-free. She led the event with five double plays turned and was named the All-Star at 1B.
