Biographical Information

Nobuo Kotani signed with the Hiroshima Carp in 1955, and he hit .218/.247/.256 in 36 games in his first season. He had a .200/.200/.222 batting line in 1956, and he played 35 games with a .160/.222/.253 batting line in 1957 then he announced his retirement.
