Biographical Information

Nariyuki Imakurusu was drafted by the Taiyo Whales in the 4th round of the 1989 NPB draft, and he only got 7 at-bats for the big club before the Whales traded him to the Seibu Lions for cash in 1995. He was 2-for-7 in 14 games in 1997, and he didn't reach the big club again before he announced his retirement in 1999. He later managed the Shinano Grandserows from 2012 to 2013.
