Biographical Information

Naoki Wakamatsu has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Wakamatsu played for the Kochi Fighting Dogs from 2023 to 2024, and he was drafted by the Yokohama BayStars in the 4th round of the 2024 NPB draft; the scout was Mitsunori Kakehata. He was 2-4 with a 3.48 ERA in 29 games in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2025, and he allowed 7 runs in 8 innings for the big club.
