Biographical Information

Naoki Hinata has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Hinata was drafted by the Rakuten Golden Eagles in the 3rd round of the 2023 NPB draft; the scout was Toshiyuki Hesaka. He was 3-2 with a 2.01 ERA in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2024, and he pitched a shutout inning with the big club. Hinata then had a 3.59 ERA in 42 appearances with 5 saves in the minors in 2025, and he pitched a shutout inning again for the big club.
