Biographical Information

Mitsuru Matsui was drafted by the Hankyu Braves in the 2nd round of the 1974 NPB draft, and he was 1-for-8 in 1980 after staying in the minors for 5 years. He failed to return to the big club before he announced his retirement in 1983.
