Biographical Information[edit]
Minoru Nomura signed with the Nagoya Kinko in 1936, and he hit .183/.216/.197 in 16 games in his first season. He had a .325/.372/.400 batting line in 30 games in the 1937 spring season, then he played 48 games with a .217/.317/.242 batting line in the fall season. Nomura then recorded a .227/.292/.261 batting line in the 1938 spring season, but he slumped to .137/.205/.163 in the fall season and his professional career ended.
Overall, Nomura hit .208/.277/.240 with 114 hits in 5 seasons in NPB.
