Biographical Information

Ming-Chang Liu pitched in the TML for 2 years.

Liu was drafted by the Chianan Luka in the 1st round of the 1997 TML draft, and he had a 9.00 ERA in 2 innings in his first year. He recorded a 5.11 ERA in 5 games in 1998, then the Luka released him.

Overall, Liu was 0-1 with a 5.65 ERA, pitched 14 1/3 innings and struck out 7 in 2 seasons in the TML.
