Biographical Information[edit]
Min-jeong Kwak has been on the South Korean women's national team.
She was 0-1 with a 12.00 ERA in the 2023 Women's Baseball Asian Cup, losing to Asaka Tsuru of champion Japan; South Korea still finished third to win a spot in the 2023-2024 Women's Baseball World Cup. [1] She had a 9.55 ERA in three outings in the 2023-2024 WBWC; the 16-year-old was South Korea's youngest player, a month younger than Seo-jin Yang. She tied for the pool A lead in appearances (even with Niki Eckert, Yik-Shan Hung, Yin-Sum Kwong, Hei-Ting Lau, Ji-sook Lee and Debby Su-Yee Mak), tied for 8th in runs allowed (7) and tied Alli Schroder for 8th in walks (5).
