Biographical Information

Masao Yasuda signed with the Nankai Hawks in 1949, and he went 1-2 with a 7.82 ERA in his first season. He recorded a 6.26 ERA in 10 appearances in 1951, and he only pitched 2 games in 1952 so he was released. Yasuda signed with the Toei Flyers in 1955, but he only got 2 more appearances before he announced his retirement.

Overall, Yoshida went 1-2 with a 6.71 ERA, struck out 34 and pitched 54 2/3 innings in 4 seasons in NPB.
