Biographical Information[edit]
Martin Gaus was a catcher for the Giants Diemen and was on the Dutch national team that won the 1962 European Championship. After baseball, he became a noted dog trainer and hosted a couple TV shows on dogs. He wrote numerous books about animals. He was knighted by the Netherlands for his work with animals.
