Manrique Mora has been on the Costa Rican national team.
In the 2017 Central American Games, the teenager was 1 for 12 with 4 walks and a HBP, making one error. [1] He came to the US for college, batting .256/.407/.349 for Monroe in 2019 [2] and .317/.428/.524 for Oklahoma Panhandle State in 2022. [3] During the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games Central American Qualifier, he produced at a .278/.316/.278 rate with 4 runs in 5 games, fielding .862. He was 4th in assists (14), tied Maycol Cockborn for the most errors (4) and tied for 6th in hits (5). [4]
Mora was on the Costa Rican team that won Silver in the 2025 Central American Games, matching the country's best finish, back in 1986. [5]
