Biographical Information

Makoto Osuga was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 6th round of the 2001 NPB draft, and he only played one game for the top team in his first two seasons. He was 2-for-6 in 17 games in 2004, then he returned to the minor leagues and the Giants released him in 2006. The Hiroshima Carp signed him, but he didn't reach the big club again before he announced his retirement in 2008.
