Biographical Information

Makoto Fukumoto was drafted by the Yokohama BayStars in the 4th round of the 1998 NPB draft, and he only got 3 at-bats combined in his first three seasons. He hit .271/.342/.286 in 36 games in 2002, but he only played 15 more games before he announced his retirement in 2006.
