Biographical Information[edit]
Mahvish Khan debuted for the Indian women's national team in the 2025 Women's Baseball Asian Cup. After sitting out their first 3 games, the teenager started in left and hit 9th against China. She was plunked by Handan Cui her first time up and stole second then came around to score India's first run of the day. Her other time up, she drew a Jingran Zhang walk to force in Navdeep Kaur. She started the next day against Sri Lanka in the 9th/10th place game and was 2 for 3 with a walk, 2 steals and 3 runs, tying Khushdeep Kaur for the team lead in runs in the 12-8 victory. Her first hit was off Gayani Geethika Bandara Hitihami Mudiyanselage. Her .833 OBP in limited time clearly led India and only Khushdeep Kaur scored more runs despite Khan only being used in 2 of their 5 games. [1]
