Biographical Information

Kyosuke Kuroyanagi had pitched in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Kuroyanagi was drafted by the Nippon Ham Fighters in the 5th round of the 2021 NPB draft, and he had a 3.00 ERA in 14 games in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2022. He also pitched a shutout inning for the big club. Kuroyanagi struggled as his ERA was 7.13 in 17 games in the minors in 2023, and he bounced back with a 2.98 ERA in 18 appearances in 2024. He got 5 appearances for the top team, and his ERA was 4.50. Kuroyanagi then went 1-3 with a 3.45 ERA in the minors in 2025, and he only allowed 2 runs in 5 innings for the big club.
