Biographical Information

Kosei Ohsato has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Ohsato was drafted by the Orix Buffaloes in the 3rd round of the development phase in the 2021 NPB draft; the scout was Kazuhiro Uemura. He primarily stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first two seasons, and he only got 3 at-bats for the big club. Ohsato then hit .235/.304/.327 in 2024, and he played 46 games with a .224/.309/.271 batting line in 2025.
