Biographical Information

Kiyoshi Izumida signed with the Yomiuri Giants in 1940, and he was 1-1 with a 2.84 ERA in his first season. He went 3-1 with a 1.98 ERA in 1941, and he allowed 7 runs in 5 1/3 innings in 1942. Izumida then enlisted into the military, and his professional career ended.
