Biographical Information

Kiyohiko Sugimoto was drafted by the Orix BlueWave in the 4th round of the 1997 NPB draft, and he pitched 3 games with a 7.71 ERA in 1998. He completed 1 1/3 shutout innings in 1999, but he failed to return to the big club before announced his retirement in 2001
