Biographical Information

Kenta Nakada was drafted by the Softbank Hawks in the 4th round of the 2004 NPB draft, and he hit .179/.281/.214 in 16 games for the Waikiki Beach Boys in 2006. He spent his first three seasons in the NPB Farm Leagues, and he played 59 games with a .250/.325/.397 batting line in 2008. He was 6-for-48 in 2009, and he only got 21 more at-bats for the big club before he announced his retirement in 2013 despite he hit .323/.417/.476 to win the batting title of the Western League in his last season.
