Biographical Information

Kenichi Oyamada was drafted by the Toei Flyers in the 6th round of the 1968 NPB draft, and he only played 3 games combined for the top team in his first four seasons. He was 3-for-16 in 1974, and he was released in 1975. Oyamada signed with the Yakult Swallows, but he didn't reach the big club again before he announced his retirement in 1978.
