Biographical Information

Keisuke Nakata has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Nakata was drafted by the Softbank Hawks in the 14th round of the development phase in the 2021 NPB draft. He hit .268/.284/.348 in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2022, and he had a .274/.307/.341 batting line there in 2023. Nakata then recorded a solid .403/.466/.519 batting line in 24 games in 2024, but he was 3-for-14 for the big club and missed most of the season due to waist injury. The Hawks then relased him, and he signed with the Seibu Lions. Nakata played 60 games for their top team in 2025, and his batting line was .230/.280/.253, as a backup 2B/OF.
