Biographical Information

Keiichi Ikuta was drafted by the Yakult Swallows in the 4th round of the 1973 NPB draft, and he only got 11 at-bats combined for the top team in his first six seasons. He also led the Eastern League in RBI in 1980. Ikuta was 1-for-10 in 6 games for the top team that season, and he announced his retirement.
