Biographical Information

Keiichi Ikeda signed with the Mainichi Orions in 1954, and he had a 5.14 ERA in 4 games in his first season. He only pitched one game in 1955, and he was turned into an infielder. Ikeda hit .200/.286/.240 in 48 games in 1956, and he was 0-for-3 in 1957 then he announced his retirement.
