Biographical Information

Kazuhiro Otsu signed with the Seibu Lions in 1980, and he stayed in the minors until the Lions traded him to the Nankai Hawks after the 1983 season. Otsu only pitched one game in 1984, and he had a 4.56 ERA in 14 games in 1985. He didn't reach the big club again, and he announced his retirement in 1987.
